Tavamax for Industrial Cake and Confectionary Factories:
It is specially developed for products with high sugar and protein (egg) content. It can release in a short time without too much effort. The leftover is quite small compared to other release agent products. Special recipes for high holding function and easy separation from pan when applied on surfaces above 50ºC.
Goldmax For Bakery and Pastry Shops
Special formulation for bread and pastry products. It contains special oils that do not carbonize and chew, regardless of the type of ceiling it is applied to. Since its wax content is higher than other competitors, it has a great grip and separation power on Silicone and Teflon surfaces. The carbonization inhibitor content Goldmax can also be used for chilled and frozen dough. It slows down the carbonization process in the oven and prevents clogging of perforated baking trays. There is no collapse problem in our product, unlike our competitors.
Panmax:
It can be used for cutting equipments and chambers in the process of frozen meat products. It provides cost savings by extending the equipment life and contributes to sustainability.
